By order dated 25.04.2025, this court has directed to place the matter before mediation centre subject to payment of Rs. 50,000/- by the petitioner No. 2/ husband. Having considered the submission made by the petitioner and in interest of justice, it is directed that on deposit of Rs. 25,000/- by the petitioner No. 2/ husband within one week from today and the same shall be paid to respondent No. 2 on her appearance before the Mediation Centre. If the petitioner No. 2 failed to deposit the same, the petition shall stand dismissed automatically without further reference to the Bench. List the matter before the mediation centre on 30th June, 2025, Thereafter, list the matter along with mediation report before this court on 10th July, 2025.
