JUSTICE S.R.KRISHNA KUMAR ORAL ORDER In this petition, the petitioner seeks the following reliefs: "a) To Quash the Charge Sheet in C.C No. 930/2022 filed by the Konanakunte Police against the Petitioner pending before the Hon'ble XXX Addl Chief Judicial Magistrate at Bangalore For the offense punishable U/s 3, 4, 5 and 6 of Immoral Traffic Prevention Act, 1956 vide Annexure-A. b) Call for the records pending before the Hon'ble XXX Addl Chief Judicial Magistrate at Bangalore in CC No.930/2022. c) Pass such other orders or directions that this Hon'ble Court may deem fit with the facts and circumstances of the case in the interest of justice and equity." 2. After arguing the matter, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petition may be disposed of as withdrawn reserving liberty in favour of the petitioner to urge all contentions including the contentions urged in the present petition in the discharge application to be filed before the Trial Court. 3.
