Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned A.G.A. and perused the record. 2. The applicant seeks enlargement on bail in FIR No.139 of 2025, under Sections 3(5), 140(1), 103(1), 238 of BNS, Police Station Tanda, District Ambedkar Nagar. 3. It is argued by the Counsel for the applicant that the co-accused with similar allegations have been enlarged on bail vide orders which are filed along with the supplementary affidavit. The supplementary affidavit is taken on record. The criminal antecedents of the applicant have been explained in the supplementary affidavit. 4. Learned A.G.A. vehemently opposed the bail prayer. 5. Considering the fact that the co-accused with similar allegations have been enlarged on bail and the fact that the applicant is languishing in jail since 13.05.2025, I am of the view that the applicant is entitled to be released on bail on the ground of parity. Accordingly, the bail application is allowed. 6. Let the applicant Ansh Yadav @ Dabbu be released on bail in the abovesaid first information report number on his furnishing personal bonds and two reliable sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the court concerned with the following conditions: Versus Counsel for Applicant(s) : Sanat Singh, Prateek Yadav Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : G.A.
