[2025:RJ-JP:6457] HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE FOR RAJASTHAN BENCH AT JAIPUR S.B. Criminal Bail Cancellation Application No. 89/2024 Raghuveer Singh S/o Shri Dalganji, Aged About 60 Years, R/o Chinayata, P.s. Suroth District Karauli. ----Petitioner Versus 1. State Of Rajasthan, Through Pp 2. Ghanshyam S/o Prem Singh Jat, R/o Kheep Ka Pura Thana Suroth District Karauli Rajasthan. ----Respondents For Petitioner(s) : Mr. Sudhir Jain For Respondent(s) : Mr. Vivek Sharma, AGA Mr. Anirudh Tyagi Mr. Sunil Tyagi HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE FARJAND ALI (THROUGH VIDEO CONFERENCING) Order 13/02/2025 1. The petitioner was heard on application for cancellation of bail. The accused respondent Ghanshyam was granted bail by this Court on 15.03.2024 observing that he was behind the bars since 23.05.2021 and the star witness PW-4 (Divya) got examined in the trial and turned hostile. In a subsequent development, PW-7 (Bablesh) has also not supported the story set out in the charge- sheet. There is no concrete material to show obnoxious behavior of the accused post his release on bail, though, there are some aspersions which are not well founded and corroborated with any material, thus in light of law laid down by Hon’ble the Supreme Court in case of Bhagirath Sinh s/o Mahipat Singh Judeja vs. State of Gujrat 1984 AIR 372, no case is made out to interfere in the matter. 2. Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed. (FARJAND ALI),J 17-Chhavi/-
