In view of the order proposed to be passed by this Court, notice to the private-respondents is dispensed with. 3. By means of the instant petition, the petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of Application bearing S.A. No.202/2024 seeking vacation of interim order. 4. The submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the application is being pressed by the petitioner, however, the DRT by means of its order dated 09.10.2025 adjourned the matter fixing 24.12.2025. 5. It is urged that though the matter is already fixed on 24.12.2025, at least some direction for passing a time bound order may be passed. 6. Considering the aforesaid submissions and for a perusal of the material on record, this Court finds that the DRT has already fixed the matter on 24.12.2025, however, needless to say that in case if the petitioner presses his application, the DRT shall pass appropriate orders after hearing the parties, but without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties as expeditiously as possible. 7. It is made clear that the Court has not examined the case of either of the Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Prashant Kumar Singh Counsel for Respondent(s) : Shivalik Small Finance Bank Thru. Constituted Attorney Devesh Chaturvedi .....Petitioner(s) Debt Recovery Tribunal Lko. And 3 Others .....Respondent(s) parties on merits and the DRT concerned shall consider and decide the application of the petitioner strictly in accordance with law. 8.
