The petitioner lodged a complaint against the respondent No.2 before the Chhattisgarh Lok Aayog. The respondent No.2 is a SOURABH BHILWAR Digitally signed by SOURABH BHILWAR Date: 2025.05.01 18:45:46 +0530 2 / 3 Patwari of P.H. No.45, Mova, Karyalaya, Raipur. The petitioner lodged complaint against the respondent No.2 complaining manipulation done by respondent No.2 in the map of land bearing Khasra No.545/12 of the petitioner situated at Village Serikhedi, Tahsil & District, Raipur. 2. It was alleged that the respondent No.2 had done the said manipulation to provide illegal benefit to one Shri Jaswant Singh Hora. The said complaint has been rejected on the ground that about the complaint of the petitioner, parallel proceeding were drawn by Revenue Court, Civil Court and the concerned Police and for which, again on the same set of allegation, the complaint lodged by the petitioner in the Lok Aayog is not maintainable. 3. The petitioner is presently preferred the writ petition seeking for the following reliefs :- 10.1 That the Hon'ble Court may Kindly be called the record of the Lokayukt Raipur relating to the Petitioner. 10.2 That the Respondent No.2 without looking the documents of the order and Document provided by S.H.O. thana mandir hosod and miss guide the whole sciene by providing the wrong information to benefit the respondent No. 3 & 4 the patwari is working under District collector and follow the instructions given by the boss of the District collector and patwari has to provide the basic information on the basis of patwari record but or no. 2 given totally false information thereby done the fraud with the District administration therefore suspension of this type of employee must be given who are not loyal to the boss i. e. office of collector and also imposed fine of Rupees 1,00,000/- Against him and 3 / 3 same should be paid to the Petitioner by your precious order in the interest of justice with the Petitioner. The enquiry of lokayukt should be done to early knowledge of truth. 10.3 That the respondent no. 3 & 4 doing encroachment of the property of petitioner on the basis of wrong prativadan given by respondent no. 2. It is also instructed to respondent no 3 & 4 to stop the illegal encroachment of khasra No. 545/12 on the basis of this wrong information given by respondent no. 2 and also imposed fine of 5,00,000/- (Five Lakhs) upon both the above respondent and said amount 10,00,000/-(Ten Lakhs) should be paid to the Petitioner by your precious order because he is continuously facing mental as well as physical agony. 10.4 Any other relief with this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper according to the fact and circumstances of the case along with the cast of the Petitioner. 4. From perusal of the relief sought by the petitioner, it appears that the petition under the head of service jurisprudence filed by the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is not maintainable as it is not service related matter. 5.
