(MD) No.1020 of 2023. 2. The parties are indicated herein as per their litigative status and ranking made before the Trial Court. 3. The 5th respondent had filed CMA.No.1020 of 2023 before this Court on the issue of apportionment of the compensation among the dependents of the deceased. 4. 5. The learned counsel for the review applicant would strenuously contend that she has been residing a few kilometers away from the claimants' residence. It was further putforth that her only son passed away and her husband is also no more. 6. Despite the receipt of notice, non represented the respondents no.1 to 4. 7. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents no.5 & 6 would submit that there is no arithametic error. Hence, he sought for dismissal of this review application. 8. Review applicant lost her only son in a road traffic accident that took place on 18.12.2020. In consideration of the above said details, it is concluded that the review applicant is entitled to a sum of Rs. 3,65,000/- out of Rs.6,65,000/- and the claimants no.1 and 2 are entitled to Rs.1,50,000/- each.
