The workmen have agreed not to press the award and to withdraw the Industrial Dispute(I.D No.81, 82 and 83 of 2014) 2. The Management agrees to pay the workman a sum of Rs.3,50,000/- (Rupees Three Lakhs Fifty Thousand) as FULL AND FINAL settlement of all statutory and contractual monetary dues.” 3.The joint memo filed between parties dated 07.04.2025 shall form part and parcel of this order.
