Heard Ms. Soni Yadav, holding brief of Sri Ajay Kumar Shukla, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGA for the State. 2. The petitioner has approached for the following main reliefs: "i) Direct the Learned Principal Judge, Family Court, District-Sultanpur to decide the Case No-327 of 2024 (Nagma Bano versus Saddam Hussain) filed u/s 128 Cr.P.C., Police Station- Bazar Shukul, District- Amethi as per the provisions of law, within time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court, in the interest of justice. ii) Direct the Learned Principal Judge, Family Court, District-Sultanpur to pass an appropriate order under the provision of law in favour of the applicant for the execution of order dated 26.02.2024 in Case No-327 of 2024 (Nagma Bano versus Saddam Hussain) in u/s 128 Cr.P.C., Police Station- Bazar Shukul, District- Amethi as per the provisions of law, within time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court, in the interest of justice." 3. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the aforesaid case filed under Section 128 Cr.P.C. is pending since 2024 without any substantial progress. She prays that the court concerned may be directed to decide the aforesaid case within a specified time. 4. In view of the aforesaid facts, the court concerned is directed to take a decision in the aforesaid case, expeditiously in accordance with law, Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Ajai Kumar Shukla Counsel for Respondent(s) : G.A.
