Short reply dated 12.02.2025 filed by State counsel today in the Court is taken on record. Copy thereof has been supplied to counsel for the peoner. 3. Counsel for the peoner submits that in compliance to the order dated 28.01.2025 passed by this Court, she has voluntarily handed over an original copy of affidavit regarding declaraon of assets to State counsel and photocopy of the same is taken on record. She further submits that she shall not claim the contents of the affidavit as self incriminang or violaon Secon 23 of BNS, 2023/Secons 25 and 27 of Indian Evidence Act, 1872. 4.
