The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s: (i) a writ in the nature of certiorari or any other appropriate writ/s, order/s direction/s for quashing the order as contained in Letter no. 241 dated 30.09.2016 issued by the Circle Officer, Banjaria, East Champaran directing the Petitioner to stop the construction on the land in question; Patna High Court CWJC No.19451 of 2016(2) dt.21-08-2025 2/2 (ii) a writ in the nature of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ/s, order/s direction/s directing the Respondents to take appropriate action against the Circle Officer, Banjaria (Respondent no. 4) for passing an order which he is not at all competent to ask; (iii) to any other relief/s to which the petitioner is found entitled to. 3. The counter affidavit of respondent nos. 2 to 4 is on record after service of copy to the learned counsel for the petitioner on 14.02.2020 and there is no rebuttal to it. 4. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall be availing the alternate remedy before an appropriate authority/Court. 5.
