Medhi, J) Heard Shri I. Borthakur, learned counsel for the applicant, who by means of this application has sought impleadment as petitioner no. 2 in the connected WP(C)/2973/2025. It is submitted that the writ petitioner had espoused the cause of the applicant who is his daughter in the writ petition as, amongst other grievances, the whereabouts of the applicant were not known at the time of filing of the writ petition. He has also submitted that by the impugned opinion dated 21.11.2017 passed in FT Case No. 381/2016 by the FT No. 3, Morigaon the rights of the applicant have been affected. Considering the above, the present application is allowed by permitting the applicant to be an intervenor in the connected writ petition. IA accordingly stands disposed of.
