The petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Ratu P.S. Case No. 220/2024, registered under section 387 of I.P.C and under section 17 C.L.A Act, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Ranchi. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 13.01.2025. He submits that F.I.R. is against unknown and the name of the petitioner has come in confessional statement of the co-accused. He submits that charge has been framed. He submits that the alleged mobile does not belong to the petitioner and the said mobile was of one of the lady. 4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer and submits that allegation are there of demanding money. 5. Considering that the petitioner is in custody since 13.01.2025, the F.I.R. is against unknown and the name of the petitioner has come in confessional statement of the co-accused, the alleged mobile does not belong to the petitioner and the said mobile was of one of the lady and charge has been framed, I am inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, shall be released on regular bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Ranchi, in connection with Ratu P.S.
