Heard learned Counsel for the petitioners and Sri Akhilesh Kumar Srivastava, who appears on behalf of the UPSRTC. 2. This petition has been filed with the following main prayer:- "Issue of a writ order of direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite parties 1 to 5 for Restrain / banning the contracting of new buses in the Uttar Pradesh Transport Corporation Ayodhya area at Ayodhya, Sultanpur Akbarpur, and Amethi depots application, Circular No. 1885Ro/22-02 RO/Lucknow-20/Anu-.Bus 2022 dated 22 October 2022 and Letter No. 1404ro/2024-20ro/New Anu. This Scheme Policy Determination/23 dated 09 October, 2025 of Transport Corporation Headquarters Lucknow." 3. After arguing for some time, learned Counsel for the petitioners says that the petitioners have moved a representation on 26.10.2025 to the respondent no.4 – Regional Manager UPSRTC Ayodhya, a copy of which has been filed as annexure-6 to the writ petition. 4. Since the petitioners have already ventilated their grievance before the respondent no.4, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Sanjeev Kumar Shukla Counsel for Respondent(s) : Akhilesh Kumar Srivastava, C.S.C. Krishna Kant Mishra And 2 Others .....Petitioner(s) Managing Director, State Road Transport Corporation Ltd. Tedhi Kothi Lko. And 6 Others .....Respondent(s) respondent no.4 to look into the grievance of the petitioners and take an appropriate decision in the matter by passing a reasoned and speaking order within a period of six weeks from the date a copy of this order is produced before him.
