(2)Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent. (3)This Court, vide the aforesaid order dated 24.06.2025, in Crl.MP. (MD).No.6693/2024, suspended the sentence of the petitioner, a life convict, on condition that the petitioner should stay at Dharmapuri and report before the Inspector of Police, Dharmapuri Town Police Station, Dharmapuri, daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
