1. The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs:
"i) CALL FOR THE RECORDS from Respondent No.2 to account for accumulated interest and transferred amount of Rs.14,00,000/- by the petitioner No.1 to respondent No.2 in the impugned AWARD dated 4/02/2022, in case no.UBC-3/DIS/100/2019-20, on the file of the Joint Registrar of Co-op Societies (Urban Banks Cell) No.1, Ali Askar Road, Bangalore – 560 052, Bangalore Urban District, Bangalore City, Bangalore City, Bangalore marked as Annexure A and etc., ii) SET ASIDE THE ORDER dated 04/02/2022 in Case No.UBC-3/DIS/100/2019-20 on the file of the Joint Registrar of Co-op Societies, (URBAN BANKS CELL) No.1 Ali Asker Road, Bangalore - 560052, Bangalore Urban District, Bangalore City, Bangalore City, Bangalore. iii) Wherefore this Hon'ble High Court may also be pleased to grant any other relief or relief's as

deemed just and proper and the same may kindly be considered in the interest of Justice and Equity."
2. Though the learned counsel for the petitioners has not appeared, the petitioners have filed a memo which reads as under:
"The petitioners in the above case submits as follows:
1. The Petitioners submits that the Schedule Property is already auctioned and in terms of the order passed by this Hon'ble Court the loan is cleared the above writ petition does not survive for consideration and becomes infructuous. WHEREFORE, the Petitioners pray that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to dismiss the petition as with drawn as the above case become infructuous, in the interest of Justice and Equity."
3. Accepting the said memo, the petition is dismissed as infructuous.
