Counsel for the parties are agreed that necessary compliance has been done in terms of order dated 29.05.2025, passed in CWPOA No.2194 of 2020, titled Ali Zan versus State of Himachal Pradesh and others, filed by the petitioner, whereby the benefit of the judgment passed by the Apex Court in Civil Appeal No. 1595 of 2025, the State of Himachal Pradesh and others vs. Surajmani and another, decided on 06.02.2025, is to be given notionally to the petitioner. In view of above, the present application has been rendered infructuous as Execution Petition (T) No. 240 of 2024, has already been decided on 28.11.2024. (G.S.
