Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, 1955 & Section 11 (1)(a) Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, 1960 registered at Police Station Nawabganj, District Gonda. 4. Learned A.G.A. on the basis of instructions sent by Station House Officer, Police Station Nawabganj, District Gonda dated 07.10.2025 states that a chargesheet has been filed in the matter. 5. Considering the aforesaid, it appears that the writ petition has been rendered infructuous. Accordingly, the same is dismissed as infructuous. 6.
