1. Heard Mr. M. U. Mahmud, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. K. K. Das, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Assam.
2. This is the third application filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 by the petitioner, Ebrahim Ali in respect of Barpeta Road P. S. Case No.131/2024.

3. It has been submitted that the petitioner had already appeared before the Investigating Officer and his statement was already recorded and at that time he was not arrested by Police. It has been submitted that now, Police is searching for him, but he claims that he is not associated with the offence alleged in the FIR.
4. I have considered the submissions made by learned counsel for both sides.
5. Since the bail application of the petitioner was rejected twice earlier, therefore, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the Court of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barpeta for seeking anticipatory bail and the Chief Judicial Magistrate shall consider his bail application, without being influenced by the earlier
order passed by this Court.
6. With the aforesaid direction, this anticipatory bail application is disposed of.
