GP FOR HOME 3 SS, J W.P.No.12697 of 2025 The Court made the following Order: The instant Writ Petition is filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus against respondents 6 & 7 alleging that the petitioner was illegally and arbitrarily harassed by the Police by calling him to the Police Station. 2. The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home submits written instructions, contending inter alia that on the basis of a written complaint of one Sri P. Yesayya, a preliminary enquiry was conducted by the Police and in connection with the said preliminary enquiry, the petitioner was called upon to the Police Station. It is submitted by the respondent authorities that now the preliminary enquiry has ended, which revealed that there are business disputes between the petitioner and Sri P. Yesayya. Accordingly, the petitioner was not illegally harassed by the respondent authorities. 3. Considering the submission in the written instructions, the instant Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
