Ramesh Kumar Nigam) pending before learned Special Chief Judicial Magistrate, Customs, Lucknow within stipulated period. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that the trial was commenced in the year 2020 and till date not even a single witness has been examined. He further submits that one date after another is being fixed but the trial has not yet been concluded till date and now the next date is fixed for 09.01.2026.. 4. Considering the fact that the trial has remained pending since 2020 and also the submission that till date not even a single witness has been examined, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the Versus Counsel for Applicant(s) : Shamshad Ahmad Khan Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : G.A.
