GP FOR EDUCATION (AP) The Court made the following: ORDER: The instant Writ Petition is filed by the Petitioner seeking indulgence of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief: “ to declare the action on the part of the respondents 3 to 5 in seeking to remove the petitioner for the post of Cook in MPP Elementary School PV Puram Village, SR Puram Mandal, Chittoor District, without any notice and without giving any opportunity to the petitioner and seeking to appoint their own kith and kin person by ignoring long standing of the petitioner amounts to erroneous arbitrary and violaitve of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and violative of principles of natural justice and consequently, direct the respondents 2 to 5 to continue the petitioner as a Cook in MPP Elementary School, PV Puram village, SR Puram Mandal, Chittoor District, as usual in the interest of justice.” 2. Sri T.C.Krishnan, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that in the light of the interim order passed by this Court on 19.08.2019, the Petitioner 2 is continued in service and the respondent authorities have complied with the orders of this Court and that no further orders are necessary. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Education appearing for respondents would submit that recording the said submission, the Writ Petition may be disposed of. 4. Considering the said submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of and the interim order dated 19.08.2019 passed by this Court is made absolute. However, the respondent authorities are at liberty to take an appropriate decision on the issue by following due procedure according to the governing rules and law. No order as to costs.
