Anticipatory bail application of the co-accused with similar allegation has been rejected by this Court vide order passed today (03.11.2025) in Criminal Misc. Anticipatory Bail Application U/S 482 BNSS No.794 of 2025. 4. Thus, considering the allegations against the applicant to be similar to the said co-accused whose anticipatory bail application has been rejected, present anticipatory bail application is also rejected on the same ground and reasoning as recorded in the said order. 5. The applicant would be at liberty to apply for regular bail, if so advised, in accordance with law.
