Heard Sri Faizal Hashmi, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Tauseef Ali Ansari, learned counsel for opposite party nos. 2 to 4 and learned AGA for the State. 2. It has been informed at Bar that in another application bearing Application under Section 482 No. 10133 of 2025, the co-ordinate bench of this Court has quashed the entire criminal proceedings based on the compromise drawn between the parties. The applicant herein is a minor and was separately charge-sheeted and for that reason this application has been filed separately. Though, the compromise had been entered into between the parties, which is undeniable fact. The matter was referred to the trial court for verification of the compromise vide order dated 5th August, 2025 passed in Application under Section 482 No. 6281 of 2025 and in furtherance thereof, the verification was done and the certified copy of the order verifying the compromise has been taken by the parties and the same has been filed as Annexure 11. The verification report is on page 77. 3. The criminal proceedings qua the applicant is quashed based Versus Counsel for Applicant(s) : Faizal Hashmi Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : G.A.
