This petition has been filed under section 227 of the Constitution of India for setting aside order dated 15.02.2025 passed in Original Maintenance Case No. 83 of 2022 by learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Palamau, whereby interim maintenance of Rs. 5,000/- per month was allowed to the opposite parties. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the learned court has not considered the parameters in granting interim maintenance in its right perspective. He submits that petitioner has not much resource to pay the said interim maintenance and in view of that impugned order may kindly be set aside. 4. The Court finds that the said order is interim in nature and the said amount is for the wife and minor daughter. The petitioner is husband and he is bound to maintain his wife and daughter. It appears that Rs. 5,000/- is much lesser amount for maintenance. Thus, there is ( 2025:JHHC:20727 ) 2 no illegality in the impugned order. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
