Learned counsel for the respondents raises an objection regarding maintainability of the writ petition stating that petitioner is having alternative remedy to approach before Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT) under Section 17 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (SARFAESI Act). 2. In view of the objection raised by learned counsel for the respondents, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to approach before the Debt Digitally signed by SHAYNA KADRI 2 Recovery Tribunal (DRT) under Section 17 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (SARFAESI Act). 3. The petitioner is granted 60 days to approach the Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT), subject to the availability of the Presiding Officer, Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT), Jabalpur.
