Learned AGA on the basis of para no.4 of the counter affidavit submits that the FIR vide Case Crime No.467 of 2024, under Sections 316(2), 115(2), 351(3), 352, 324(4) B.N.S. was lodged against Amresh Kumar and Ramakant at P.S.- Rampur Mathura, District- Sitapur, therefore, this petition has rendered infructuous.
