Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel, who appears on behalf of State-Respondents. This petition has been filed with the following main prayer : "A writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite party No. 2 to Consider and take a appropriate decision by passing a reasoned order on the claim of the petitioner and application dated 01.08.2025 and 06.09.2025 Contained as Annexure No.1 preferred by the petitioner in the pursuance of the order dated 21.10.2024 and Circular Dated 05.05.2025 under the "Krashak Durghatna Kalyan Yojana" accordingly the government order dated 28.02.2020 within a stipulated time period, treating it within time, in the interest of justice." It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner's brother died due to serious injuries sustained in an accident. Thereafter, the petitioner moved an application for claiming compensation along with all requisite documents under Mukhyamantri Krashak Durghatana Kalyan Yojna, but no heed has been paid. Hence, this petition has been filed. The writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.2, District Magistrate, Harodi to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from today by a speaking and reasoned order.
