HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD LUCKNOW CRIMINAL MISC. ANTICIPATORY BAIL APPLICATION U/S 482 BNSS No. - 1850 of 2025 Court No. - 15 HON'BLE KARUNESH SINGH PAWAR, J. Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the respondent State. Perused the record. On due consideration to the fact that in Criminal Misc. Writ Petition No. 9890 of 2025, Neeraj @ Neeraj Singh vs. State of U.P. and others, the Division Bench of this Court has granted interim protection to the applicant to the effect that no coercive steps shall be taken against the applicant in pursuance of the impugned FIR, vide order dated 06.11.2025. Learned counsel for the applicant does not dispute that the aforesaid writ petition is still pending and the interim order is in operation. Thus, there appears to be no apprehension of arrest of the applicant. Accordingly, the anticipatory bail application is dismissed as misconceived.
