2. This bail application has been preferred seeking release of the petitioner who was arrested on 17.06.2025 on the basis of an order dated 04.07.2024 issuing NBWA against the petitioner. The trial of the case is continuing and 4 witnesses have already been examined. Earlier the petitioner was granted bail on 16.09.2020.
3. Having regard to the fact that the petitioner has been in custody since 17.06.2025, the prayer for bail is allowed.
4. The petitioner shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as may be imposed by the Ld. Trial Court.
