Page No.# 2/3 By this application, the petitioner has prayed for pre arrest bail in connection with Sipajhar P.S Case No. 118/2025 registered under Section 331(2)/64(1)/351(2) of the BNS, 2023. The F.I.R. dated 03.08.2025 reveals that the petitioner after breaking the door entered the room of the informant and by gagging her mouth committed rape on her and that the petitioner threatened the victim not to divulge the incident else he would kill her and that upon hearing hue and cry the villages came and tied him up. The victim also stated that the families of the petitioner came, threatened her and took the petitioner away from the place of occurrence. The petitioner was released on interim pre arrest bail vide order dated 01.09.2025 with the condition that the petitioner shall appear before the Investigating Officer within a period of 7 days from the date of the order and in pursuance of the same, the petitioner appeared before the Investigating Officer on 06.09.2025 i.e., within the stipulated time and gave his statement before the said officer which was recorded by him. It is as such seen that the petitioner is cooperating with the investigation and has complied with the interim order dated 01.09.2025 and in view of the same, this Court finds it fit that the interim order may be made absolute with
