GP FOR REVENUE The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: 2 “.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent no 4 and 7 in not registering the FIR against the culprits, despite orders of 3rd respondent vide proceedings in Rc.A1/ 1365/2019 dated 30.12.2019 and consequential letter addressed by 6th respondent vide its letter dated Rcb/201 dated 10.01.2020 as illegal, arbitrary and violation of principles of natural justice and also violations of Article 14 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondent No 4 and 7 to register FIR against the culprits mentioned in the report.” 2. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that, as per the proceedings in Rc.A1/1365/2019 dated 30.12.2019 of Respondent No.3, a case in Crime No.110 of 2020 has been registered against the culprits for the offences under Sections 420 and 477-A IPC and the investigation is going on. 3.
