Heard Shri Ajey Shanker Tewari, the learned counsel for the petitioner, Shri Devendra Mohan Shukla, the learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State of U.P. and Shri Shikhar Anand, the learned counsel for the respondent No.1. 2. By means of the instant petition, the petitioner has sought issuance of a direction to hear and decide the Claim Petition No.965 of 2021 pending before the U.P. State Public Services Tribunal. 3. Learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel has informed the Court that the vacancies of members in U.P. Public Services Tribunal have already been filled and now, the Tribunal is working with full strength. 4. The matter is pending since the year 2021. 5. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed off by issuing a direction to the U.P. Public Services Tribunal to hear and decide the Claim Petition No.965 of 2021 expeditiously, in accordance with law, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to any of the parties and by fixing dates at short intervals.
