He states that in pursuance of the judgment and order of the Writ Court dated 20.11.2024 passed in Writ A No. 10867 of 2024, the representation of the applicant has been decided by passing an order dated 13.10.2025. Copy of the which has been provided during the course of argument, which is taken on record and photocopy of the same has also been provided to the learned counsel for the applicant though the copy of the decision has been forwarded to the applicant by the office of the respondent. At this stage, learned counsel for the applicant has very fairly submitted that the judgment and order passed by Writ Court has been complied with and for all practical purposes, the present contempt petition has become infructuous and the same may be dismissed as infructuous. As such, the present contempt application is dismissed as infructuous. Notice, if any, is hereby discharged.
