We have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State Respondents. 2. This writ petition has been filed with the following main prayers:- "(अ) िरट आदेश िनदȆश DZारा परमादेश माननीय ęयायालय इस आशय का जारी करȅ िक याचीकताă DZारा िवपWी सं० 1 व 2 को Šेिषत Šĕयावेदन िदनॉिकत 08.09.2025 (संलĈनक संćया-1) का ĕविरत िनĥतारण कर याचीकताă को वषă 2019 मȅ अबू धाबी (संयुǘ अरब अमीरात) मȅ आयोिजत ĥपेशल ओलिĞपक खेल मȅ पदक िवजेता िखलािडयȋ को पुरĥकािरत िकये जाने एवं खेल कोटे से याचीकताă को नौकरी िदलाये जाने हेतु िवपWीगण को आदेिशत करने की कृ पा करȅ।" 3. It is the case of the petitioner that he has won gold medal in cycling in International Games i.e. Para-Olympic held in Abu Dhabi w.e.f. 14.03.2019 to 21.03.2019. The petitioner has made a representation to the Hon'ble Chief Minister of the State of Uttar Pradesh to give him award i.e. due recognizing his contribution. No heed has been paid on the representation of the petitioner. Hence this writ petition has been filed. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has referred to Government Order dated 30.09.2020 in support of his case and also a Government Order Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Santosh Kumar Yadav Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C. Alankrit Gupta .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P. Thru. Prin. Secy. Sports Deptt. Lko And 2 Others .....Respondent(s) dated 15.12.2021. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to make a fresh application to the Principal Secretary, Sports and Youth Welfare Department, Lucknow Uttar Pradesh within ten days from today. If such an application is made, appropriate orders shall be passed thereon by the respondent no.3 within a period of two months from the date a copy of such application alongwith copy of this order is produced before him.
