Having perused aforesaid communication as well as documents annexed therewith, this Court finds that relief, as prayed for, in the instant proceedings has been decided to be granted by the Government, as such, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant petition and accordingly, the same is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to do the needful in terms of communication dated 10.07.2025 expeditiously, preferably within six weeks.
