Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned AGA and perused the record. 2. The present application has been filed seeking quashing of the entire proceedings of Complaint Case No.415 of 2025 (Old Case No.2844 of 2010), Javed Alam Vs. Inkishar Khan, under Sections 384, 504 and 506 IPC, Police Station Ranauhi, District Ayodhya and the summoning order dated 28.11.2011 passed by the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-III, Faizabad. 3. At this stage, learned counsel for the applicant(s) submits that he does not want to press this application on merit, however, he submits that applicant(s) would like to file an application for discharge under the provisions of Cr.P.C., to which learned counsel for the State, does not have any objection. 4. Accordingly, the applicant(s) is/are granted liberty to file an application for discharge in conformity with the provisions of Cr.P.C., within a period of two weeks from today. After the said application is filed, learned trial court is directed to dispose of the same within a period of four weeks thereafter. The applicant(s) is/are also granted liberty to appear through his/their counsel. Till expiry of six weeks from today, no coercive steps shall be taken against the applicant(s).
