The petitioner had approached this Court praying for fair investigation in FIR No.234 of 2025. Once a Final Report has been submitted, nothing further survives in the matter. 3. Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of leaving it open to the petitioner to avail other remedies as may be available to him.
