The present application has been filed pleading willful disobedience of the order dated 03.05.2018 passed by this Court in Writ - B No. 8071 of 2016. Through order dated 03.05.2018, this Court had restrained the parties from changing the nature of the land in dispute. It is the claim of the applicant that the opposite parties have created third party rights in the property by executing gift deed and sale deed. The order dated 03.05.2018 does not restrain the opposite parties from creating third party rights in the suit property. A mere execution of the transfer deed does not change the nature of the suit property. On the averments made in the affidavit, there is no disobedience of any order passed by this Court.
