This is a petition arising out of Imposition of Ceiling on Land Holdings Act, 1960. Under challenge is the order of the appellate court whereby the matter has been remanded to the Prescribed Authority. From a perusal of the record, it does not indicate that there was any interim order passed in the instant case. Since, the matter was remanded and more than two decades have crossed and there is no clear instructions with the State as to whether the original proceedings which were remanded by the impugned order was taken to its logical conclusion by the Prescribed Authority or not.
