The instant application has been filed to direct the trial court to decide the protest petition dated 18.08.2021 in Case No.2352 of 2020 arising out of Case Crime No.491 of 2020, under Sections 498, 323, 504 506, 354, 376 IPC and 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station- Surajpur, District Gautam Budh Nagar pending in the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Gautam Budh Nagar. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that the protest petition against the final report submitted by the police, has been pending since 2020 for disposal. The court below be directed to decide the same expeditiously within time as may be fixed by this Court. 4. Considering the aforesaid submission and taking into account the protest petition dated 18.08.2021 has been pending since 2021, therefore, the court below is directed to decide the protest petition dated 18.08.2021 in Case No.2352 of 2020 arising out of Case Crime No.491 of 2020, under Sections 498, 323, 504 506, 354, 376 IPC and 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station- Surajpur, District Gautam Budh Nagar expeditiously, in accordance with law without giving any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties. 5.
