Instant criminal revision under Section 102 of Juvenile Justice (Care & Protection of Children) Act, 2015 has been preferred against the order dated 17.02.2022 passed by Juvenile Justice Board, Unnao as well as judgment and order dated 02.04.2022 passed by learned Additional Session Judge, Court No.13, Unnao in Criminal Appeal No.18/2022 under Section 101 of Juvenile (Care & Protection of Children) Act 2015, whereby the the prayer for bail has been refused. 4. It has been informed that the revisionist has already been released on bail vide order dated 25.05.2022 passed by this Court. Charge sheet has been submitted for facing trial on heinous charges. Nothing remains to be decided and as such, revision has become infructuous. 5. The revision stands dismissed as having become infructuous.
