1. The petitioner has preferred the present writ petition seeking a direction towards the respondent to decide the representation filed by the petitioner vide (Annexure P/7) before the Block Development Education Officer.

Learned counsel for the respondents/State submits that if the said representation is still pending before the respondent authority, the same shall be considered in accordance with law/circulars and policy issued by the State Government from time to time.
3. I have heard the parties and perused the pleadings.
4. Considering the submission made by learned counsel for the respondents/State, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the concerned respondent authorities to decide the pending representation, in accordance with law.
