Be that as it may, we dispose of this petition in terms of the directions issued by a Division Bench of this Court in W.P(PIL).No.140 of 2022 and batch dated 14.09.2022 with a direction to the concerned authorities to consider the issue and take necessary action if warranted in accordance with the procedure prescribed therein.
