Learned counsel for the petitioner projects impediment for grant of a VISA in the event the validity of the passport is less than six months. The petitioner is intending to travel United States in the month of October, 2025. Therefore, the petition is premature. - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:9698 WP No. 5605 of 2025 3. The petitioner is at liberty to present the petition at the appropriate time. 4. In that light, it is open to the petitioner to approach the Regional Passport Office seeking a short validity passport for the purpose of renewal of the VISA, as observed hereinabove without approaching the doors of this Court. 5. In the event the petitioner would submit a representation of the kind, the Passport Authorities shall answer the same and redeem the grievance of the petitioner albeit for the present.
