HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD LUCKNOW WRIT - C No. - 1003669 of 2005 Court No. - 6 HON'BLE JASPREET SINGH, J. The present petition is of the year 2005 and none appears for either of the parties to press the present petition. The record indicates that the petitioner had sought the quashing of citation notice dated 26.04.2005. The record further indicates that a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 24.06.2005 had passed the following order which reads as under:- "Learned counsel appearing on a behalf of the petitioner prays that in direction may be given to the respondent no.1 to decide his objections as contained in Annexure no.6 to the writ petition. Reliance has been placed reported in 2204 (22) LCD 1462 'Ram Prasad and others Vs. State of U.P. and others' In accordance with the prayer which has been made and the principles of law laid down in the above noted case, it is directed that the Collector, Gonda will decide the objection (Annexure no.6 to the writ petition), which has been raised by the petitioner regarding payment of the loan, within 15 days, after certified copy of this order is produced before him. Till then coercive measures will not be taken against the petitioner. Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Satya Prakash Srivastava Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C., Lalit Shukla Ram Bhagat .....Petitioner(s) Collector Gonda And 2 Others .....Respondent(s) 24.6.2005 Let a certified copy of this order be given to the learned counsel for the parties on payment of usual charge, within 24 hours." It appears that in light of the order already passed, the grievance of the petitioner must have been met as none appears to have any interest in the petition. In view of the aforesaid, the petition appears to have become infructuous and is accordingly dismissed. December 10, 2025 Asheesh WRIC No. 1003669 of 2005 2 (Jaspreet Singh,J.)
