The plaintiff filed a suit for partition. After service of summons, the defendants filed written statement. Thereafter, the plaintiff filed IA No.V under Order XII Rule 6 of CPC on 26.06.2024. Till today, the said application is not disposed of. Hence, he sought for early disposal of the application. 3.
