Heard Shri Rohit Jaiswal, learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Kushagra Singh, Advocate holding brief of Shri Shobhit Mohan Shukla, learned counsel for the respondent nos.1 & 2. 2. By means of the instant petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India the petitioner has sought a direction to the respondent no.2-Secretary U.P. Real Estate Regulatory Authority, Lucknow for deciding the petitioner's application dated 02.06.2025 for recall/revision of the recovery certificate. 3. The learned counsel for the respondent nos.1 & 2 on the basis of written instructions provided to him states that the next date fixed for disposal of application is 09.12.2025 and subject to cooperation of the petitioner the application shall be decided on the next date unless some unforeseen hurdle comes up. 4. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of by observing that the petitioner's application for recall/revision of recovery certificate filed on 02.06.2025 should be decided by the respondent nos.2-Secretary U.P. Real Estate Regulatory Authority, Lucknow preferably on the next date fixed i.e. 09.12.2025 and in case of any unforeseen hurdle the same shall be decided within a period of a week thereafter. .
