On the basis of the said statements, at present there is no threat to the life and liberty of the petitioners as per the report of SHO, Police Station Ding dated 28.01.2025 (Annexure R-2). 3. It is further submitted that as per the status report in future if any threat to the life and liberty to the petitioners will be noticed, then appropriate security will be provided to the petitioners in accordance with law. 4.
