Today when the petition is taken up for hearing, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor has produced a copy of instructions dated 04.02.2025, of the Inspector of Police, Women Police Station, Guntur (Urban), Guntur District, wherein it is stated after due investigation, the Police have filed a charge sheet vide C.C.No.4964 of 2021 on the file of Special Judicial Magistrate of First Class for Excise, Guntur and that the case was posted to 21.04.2025 for appearance of the accused. 3. In view of the fact that a charge sheet vide C.C.No.4964 of 2021 has already been filed on the file of Special Judicial Magistrate of First Class for Excise, Guntur, pending the present petition, learned counsel for the petitioners sought permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition. 4. Permission as sought for is accorded. Accordingly, this criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with a liberty to challenge the aforementioned charge sheet, if at all aggrieved by the same.
